1) How far do we deliver?

We deliver in France, in the French overseas departments and territories, in many countries abroad.

2) What is the amount of shipping cost?

The amount of shipping costs is proportional to the weight of the package sent.

Free from 59€ of purchase (in metropolitan France only)

3) What is the delivery time?

We undertake to ship your order within 24 to 48 business hours of registration.

Once the order is shipped, the delivery time is 24 to 72 hours.

4) What are the possible payment methods?

 We only offer payment by credit card (credit card, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) in order to guarantee you maximum security and fast delivery.

5) An article does not suit me, how do I do it?

No problem, just send it back to us (at your own expense) within 15 days of receipt.

6) How to access the pro space?

To access it you will first need to create an account. Indicate your first and last name (company name if you have one), as well as your SIRET number. We will then proceed to a manual check. Once this verification has been completed, the professional rates will be unblocked. The unlocking is usually done during the day if it is a working day.

7) Where do our products come from?

Épilation-Expert follows you in your supplies of wax cartridges, wax pots, depilation strips, wax heaters and various depilation accessories that allow you to perform your depilations every day in the best possible conditions.

Our waxes are exclusively made in France and Europe.

They are made from high quality natural resins. We offer you fluid textures, with or without rosin, 100% organic waxes labelled COSMEBIO and ECOCERT, disposable, recyclable and traditional waxes.
