Forgotten or error in your order
You have just received your order and unfortunately a product is missing, you did not receive the right reference or the product does not work?
First check the invoice if there is no precision (late delivery of a product, change of reference...).

Our customer service department will do everything in its power to return the missing product to you at our expense or to proceed with the exchange in the event of a reference error.
If one or more items don't suit you, don't worry!
With Epilation-expert you have 14 days to return the product(s) that does not suit you.
The items must not have been used and must be in their original packaging in perfect condition.
